Basically, it's one scan, one
artist.
To eliminate the whole voting stuff and all that jazz, there has been a scan
already selected for you to wall. This scan was picked because of the possible
interpretations.
Feel free to interpret or change it in any way you like, but:
1. You may only use other Kunie Kanbara scans to help you complete your
wallpaper
2. You may use your own material (your own drawings etc or extensions)
3. You may use stocks, but
4. You may NOT use the material of any other artist or studio (eg.
CLAMP).
The "winner" of this project will receive 10 high quality, randomly
picked Kunie Kanbara scans that are not on Minitokyo.
I (misa) will NOT upload these 10 scans to Minitokyo: they are for your own
personal use. You are free to do whatever you want with them. Use them for more
art etc.
DEADLINE: 14th July 2007, or, 15th July SYDNEY TIME.
When it is the 15th here when I wake up in the morning, any more entries I get
will NOT be eligible for the prize. You may wish to request for it to be
scored.
THERE IS ONLY ONE WINNER.

Well, i dont see any inactive admins these times... But if the admins are
inactive i think we should ask them first about their absence. Why? Will he/she
go for a long time? To replace them, i think we should wait until about 2
months. If they are not active after 2 months, i think we should replace them.
Take a vote between the admins *that still active* to pick a new admin...
